Below is the Fee Schedule for our enhanced access; we accept Cash, Check, Credit & Debit Cards, and Electronic Checks. We accept credit and debit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as personal and corporate check electronic payments. 

Beginning January 1, 2023, the minimum Service Fee charged to customers when using credit and debit cards will be increased to $2.00 for transactions less than $80.

For transctions $80 or more, payments will be charged a Service Fee of 2.5% for credit and debit card transactions, and a $.50 flat fee for electronic check payments.  The County of Clinton does not receive any portion of the service fee.

1 Year Subscription $360 per year ($30 per month) per code per office; Each additional code for same office $50 per year. (Only with 1 year subscriptions)

As of November 13, 2017, the City of Plattsburgh Assessing duties are now under the Clinton County Real Property and all data is updated on a daily basis as all other towns in the County with exception to the Town of Plattsburgh.
